24h Slack Response Time - usually it will take us less, but we vouch this is the maximum. Also, we use Slack for all communication purposes except from Zoom meetings, so do not write any emails or WhatsApp messages - our team will not reply there. This will ensure we communicate at the fastest possible rate and everything is in one place.

Regular check-in calls, weekly reports and updates (to be discussed on the onboarding meeting)

Approvals - everything we create - from email copy to extensive funnels - will require Your approval before we use it. That way You are in control over what represents Your brand.

Respect for all our team members during meetings and while communicating on Slack. This is the most important expectation we do have.

Meetings - if, for some reason, You cannot make it to the set meeting, please give us a notice at least the day before. That way we can schedule our days more efficiently.
